ICoTech Global (ICTG) is dedicated to closing the digital gap in Washington communities, addressing a critical barrier to social and economic opportunities as well as access to essential services. The digital divide continues to widen, with technology becoming increasingly unaffordable for low-income and rural households, restricting opportunities for those in these areas. ICTG, a non-governmental organization, was founded to help bridge this gap and enhance lives through digital accessibility.

In today’s world, information and communication are invaluable assets, with technology playing a central role in daily activities. People rely on timely and accurate information to make informed decisions, some of which are urgent and potentially life-saving, underscoring the importance of technology in ensuring efficient access to crucial information. ICTG aims to connect communities with reliable internet to facilitate seamless access to information and services.

Technological advancements have enabled individuals in remote regions, such as parts of Africa, to receive financial support from relatives abroad—helping them cover daily expenses, medical treatments, and education costs. Similarly, ICTG’s mission extends to supporting low-income populations in Washington State, ensuring access to vital digital resources and communication tools that empower communities and improve quality of life.

Digital inclusion plays a crucial role in local communities, as technology is deeply integrated into daily life. Ensuring that no population is excluded when investing in technology—whether through government initiatives or private programs—is essential. These investments not only enhance access to information and knowledge but also improve vital services like healthcare and government programs.
